Hello Everyone!
Is everyone doing well? I hope so!! There is a wonderful west coast rain storm today off-setting the last 10 days of beautiful sunshine. I have been having a blast visiting my friends and family and hanging out at the beach. This is such an amazing corner of the world! I am getting ready to head down south to an outdoor concert at a beautiful gorge and then off to Monteray California for some fundraising training....can't complain.

I am heading out West to Vancouver on Saturday and I am so excited!!! I can hardly wait to see my family and friends. I will be back in Toronto and at TIG in September. Jen, Mike and I are also going to a Fundraising training session in California at the end of the month, so that should be pretty cool.
I will check in to say hi in the next week or so.

I had the most incredible weekend! Surrounded by a forest, rushing rapids and a cool lake, I spent my weakend swimming, hiking and roasting marshmellows. I definitley needed to get out of the city and reconnect with nature. It was absolutley wonderful. Yeah! :)

As far as TakingITGlobal goes, I have had a crazy week or so writing up a ton of proposals for our future initiatives...pretty cool stuff.
